The UHS Band Booster Organization is comprised of band supporters throughout the community. Membership is open to any individual who wishes to join. Dues are $15.00 annually and go to help support the financial goals of the organization. All parents are encouraged to pay their dues and become active members of the booster club. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the high school band hall. Meetings are open to the general public, however only paid members may participate in any voting issues. Meetings are governed by the UHS Band Booster Constitution and Roberts Rules of Order. Members are encouraged to become familiar with both the constitution and basic rules of order, to help insure orderly and effectively run meetings. Booster members assist in raising funds for various activities and needs throughout the year. Funds are raised through operation of the concession stand during home football games, various plate sales, and other fundraising events. Booster clubs are specifically designed to provide support and assistance to directors and students of the given program. Band Booster members are a vital support group for the entire band program and their participation is a tremendous asset! Without support from parents and others, our band program would not be the same. Thank you to all who join and give of their time to this program!
